Registration and login
How do I register?
Registration is very easy via the Create profile„ page“. Fill in the required fields and read the privacy policy. You will then receive a confirmation email to activate your account. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us at info@sugardaddydeutschlands.de.
How do I register?
At the top of the platform you will find the „Log in“ button. Click on it and enter your username (or email address) together with your password. You can also register directly from here.
How can I recover my password?
Click on „Forgot your password?“ on the login page. Then enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to set a new password. Alternatively, you can use the Password recovery page directly.
I have not received the activation e-mail. What can I do?
First check your spam or junk folder, as the activation email may end up there. If you can't find it there either, write to us at info@sugardaddydeutschlands.de and we will activate your account manually or resend the email.
How can I change my e-mail address?
Go to the „Settings“ tab in your profile. There you can delete your old e-mail address and enter a new one. You will then receive a confirmation message to the old address to confirm the change.
How can I change my user name?
Click on the „Edit“ button in your profile. There you can customise all profile information, including your username.
How long does it take for a profile to be approved?
Profiles are approved automatically. However, our security system checks email addresses and photos in the background to ensure that the details are correct and comply with our guidelines.
Why can't I access my profile?
Sugar Daddy Germany uses a geolocalisation system. If your IP address is from outside the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), access may be restricted. If you have lost your password and cannot recover it, write to us at info@sugardaddydeutschlands.de or use our Contact form.
How can I delete my account?
Go to the „Settings“ tab in your profile and select „Delete profile“. If you only want to cancel your subscription (without deleting the account), you will also find this option under „Settings“ → „Subscription“.

Profile and photos
How can I upload photos?
When you create your profile, you will be asked to upload a profile photo. Please note: Profiles without a photo can be deleted. To change your profile photo, simply tap on your current photo and select „Change photo“. For additional photos, use the „Media“ tab where you can upload photos, videos and even music to your profile.
Why can't I upload photos?
In some cases, the system rejects photos that are too large or have a format that is not supported. Supported formats are JPG, JPEG and PNG. To reduce the file size, you can use free online tools such as tinyjpg.com use. If the problem persists, please contact us via our Contact form.
How many photos can I upload?
The number of photos is unlimited - you can upload as many as you like.
Which photos are not permitted?
Not allowed are: Group photos, photos with minors, photos with violent or explicit sexual content, non-consensual nudity and photos that promote hatred, harassment, racism or any form of discrimination. Photos that violate the privacy of other people are also prohibited.
Why have my photos disappeared?
If one of your photos has disappeared, it was probably removed by a moderator because it did not comply with the platform's guidelines. If you do not agree, write to us at info@sugardaddydeutschlands.de, and we will check the case.
Can I post links to my social networks?
No, posting links to other social networks is not permitted. Sugar Daddy Germany is a dating platform, and advertising for external social media profiles is not permitted due to previous cases of abuse.
What is online verification and how does it work?
At Sugar Daddy Germany, we do not automatically check profiles upon initial registration. However, we do carry out checks on suspicious or reported profiles. If a moderator discovers a potentially fake profile, they can ask you for verification. Verification is carried out via video call or a gesture photo (e.g. a selfie with a specific hand gesture).
Memberships and payments
What are memberships and which ones are available?
The platform works via memberships that sugar daddies pay to be able to chat with sugar babies. There are three levels: Bronze (monthly), silver (quarterly) and Gold (annually). Sugar babies have a Free membership. You can find all the details in our Terms of use.
What restrictions are there without a subscription?
You cannot send or receive private messages without an active subscription. However, you can still browse profiles and edit your own profile.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit, debit or prepaid card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. In addition Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are available as payment methods.
Is payment via PayPal possible?
We do not offer a direct PayPal payment option. However, you can use your PayPal debit card as a payment method.
Can I use a prepaid card?
Yes, we accept prepaid cards, provided they are issued by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to the „Subscription“ tab in your profile and follow the instructions for cancellation. After confirmation, your account will remain active until the end of the current contract period. After that, you will no longer have access to private messages.
What happens when my membership ends?
After your membership expires, you will lose access to the private messaging system. Your profile will remain active, but you will not be able to send or receive new messages. To use this function again, you must take out a new subscription.
How is a refund made?
If the requirements for a refund are met, the payment will be made to your bank account within approx. 10 working days. The complete Refund policy and contract terms can be found on the corresponding page.

Chat and messages
How can I contact members?
In each profile you will find a button to send a message. Please note: As a Sugar Daddy, you need an active subscription to be able to send messages. The different Subscription types can be found on our page.
What does the green dot next to the user name mean?
The green dot indicates that the user is currently online. You can start a chat immediately and receive a notification when there are new messages.
How can I block a profile?
Open the chat with the user you want to block. You will find three dots (⋮) at the top right - click on them and select „Block“. This user will then no longer be able to send you messages.
How can I remove a block?
Click on the three dots (⋮) in the chat - there you will find a list of your blocked members. Select the desired user and unblock them.
How can I delete messages or photos from my chat?
Tap on the three dots (⋮) next to the desired message and select „Delete“. This allows you to delete individual messages and photos. You also have the option of deleting an entire conversation.
How can I report a member?
In each profile there is a „Report“ button that you can use to report members if you think they are abusing the platform. Our moderation team checks every report.
How can I unsubscribe from notifications and newsletters?
Go to the „Notifications“ tab in your profile. There you can set which notifications you would like to receive by email and which not.
I do not receive any notifications about new messages. Why?
As sugar dating platforms are not available in popular app stores, our site works via the browser. To receive notifications, you must activate push notifications in your browser. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in our Help Centre.
Suddenly I can no longer send messages. What has happened?
If you send many consecutive or repetitive messages, the security system will temporarily block your chat to prevent spam. Wait about an hour, then you can send messages again.
Rules and safety
Is the sale of photos or video calls permitted?
No. The sale of photos, the promotion of social media channels for the sale of content and the offering of erotic video calls for payment are expressly prohibited on the platform and will result in blocking.
Can other types of relationships be offered?
No. Sugar Dating is based on personal, real relationships. Pure online relationships, virtual arrangements or similar offers are not intended or permitted on our platform.
Why was my account marked as spam?
Our automated system checks messages for certain terms in order to prevent requests for sexual services or similar. It may also be that another user has reported your profile. If you would like to know the exact reason, write to us via the Contact form or to info@sugardaddydeutschlands.de.
