How do I register?

Registration is very easy via the Create profile„ page. You must fill in the required fields and read and accept the privacy policy. How do I register?

To log in, there is a button at the top of the platform labelled „Enter“. As soon as you click on it, a new tab will open where you can enter your username and password or your e-mail address and password. You can also register directly from here .

How can I recover the password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it on the access page. First click on „Recover password“. The system will then request your e-mail address. As soon as you have entered your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail in which you can change and reset your password. You can also do this from here: Password recovery page.

How can I change my e-mail address?

If you need to change your e-mail address, you can do this in your profile on the „Settings“ tab. Then delete your old email address and enter the new one. You will receive a message from the old one to accept the change - as we show you in this screenshot:

How can I change my user name?

On the „Profile“ tab, you will find the „Edit“ button. There you can make the necessary changes to your profile, including changing the name, as we show you in this screenshot

How can I post photos?

When you open your profile, you must add a photo. Remember that profiles without a photo will be deleted. If you want to change the photo, you can do this in the same place as your profile photo. Simply tap on your profile photo and the „Change photo“ button will appear. If you want to upload photos to your album, you can do this via the „Media“ tab, from where you can share photos, videos and even music on your profile.

Why can't I upload photos?

In some cases, the system may not allow photos to be uploaded if they are too large or too heavy or have an image format that is not supported.
You can use online tools to reduce the weight of your photos, e.g. tinyjpg (tinyjpg.com). You can try uploading other photos. If you notice any errors, you can write to us using our contact form.

How many photos can I post?

The number of photos is unlimited, so you can post as many as you like.

Which photos are not permitted?

The publication of group photos or photos showing minors is not permitted; photos that violate the rules of coexistence and respect are not permitted.
This includes images with violent, explicit sexual content or non-consensual nudity as well as photos that promote hatred, harassment, racism or any form of discrimination. Photos that violate the privacy of others are also prohibited.

Why have my photos disappeared?

If one of your photos has disappeared, a moderator may delete it because it does not comply with the rules of the website. If you do not agree, please send an e-mail to info@sugardaddydeutschlands.de

Due to the abuse of some profiles, this option is not possible as this site is a dating site and advertising for other social networks is not permitted.

What is online verification and how does it work?

At Sugar Daddyespaña we do not check profiles on initial registration, but we do carry out checks on suspicious or reported profiles.
In some cases, if a moderator sees a profile that may be fake or suspicious, they may ask you for confirmation to determine if your profile is real. Verification works via video call or gesture photography.

What are memberships and which ones are available?

Our platform works very simply via a membership that sugar daddies have to pay to be able to chat with sugar babies. Memberships are very simple: monthly (Bronze), quarterly (Silver) and yearly (Gold). sugar babies have a free baby membership

How is the refund made if the conditions are met?

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel it via the „Subscription“ tab of your profile. The system will prompt you to accept. After cancellation and expiry of the contract period, you will no longer have access to the messages.

What happens when my membership ends?

If you have cancelled your membership, it will be cancelled at the end of the contract period. From this point onwards, the option to send further messages will no longer be available. If you wish to continue sending messages, you must make the payment again.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit, debit or prepaid card. Apple Pay, Link and Google Pay payment options are also available. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Is payment via PayPal possible?

We do not offer a direct PayPal payment option, but we do accept PayPal debit cards.

What does the green dot next to the user name mean?

This means that the user is connected and you can chat with them. You will receive a notification when chatting

How can I block an unwanted profile?

Within the chat with the user you wish to block, there are three points at the top right where you have the option of blocking the user. This user will no longer be able to send you messages.

How can I remove blockages?

If you want to add someone from the three points again, you will receive a list of your blocked members.

What restrictions are there for non-subscription members?

You cannot chat without a subscription.

How can I unsubscribe from notifications and newsletters?

On the „Notification“ tab, you can change that you do not receive any message notifications.

How can I delete messages or photos from my chat?

Photos and messages can be deleted by adding 3 dots to each message sent. There you can delete the photos. You can delete the entire conversation.

How can I report a member?

There is a button on all profiles that you can use to report members if you believe they are abusing the platform.

How can I contact members?

In all profiles there is a button to send a message. If you are a sugar daddy and do not have a subscription, you will not be able to contact members. Visit Here are the subscription types .

Is the sale of photos or the sale of video calls permitted?

The sale of photos or the promotion of social networks for the sale of content is not permitted. It is also not permitted to offer erotic video calls in return for financial compensation.

Can other types of relationships be offered?

No, sugar dating has nothing to do with online relationships. Sugar dating is a personal relationship.

I do not receive any notifications about new messages. Why?

Please note that Sugardating platforms do not appear on popular app sites, so our site will work depending on your browser. Browsers use the push system for notifications, which you must activate in order to receive them. You can find out how to activate and configure this in our User manual .

Why can't I enter my profile?

At sugar daddy Germany we have a geolocalisation system. If your IP address is from outside Germany, your profile may be deleted or you may no longer be able to access it. If for any reason you have lost your password and are unable to recover it, you can contact us at info@sugardaddydeutschlands.de or via our Contact form write .

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, you can do this via the Settings tab and then delete the profile. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do this via the Settings tab, where it says Subscription.

How long does it take for a profile to be approved?

Profiles are approved automatically, although our security system checks via email and photos that the photos and data are correct.

Can I use a prepaid card for the membership?

We accept prepaid cards.

I have not received the activation email. Can you send it to me again?

Suddenly I can no longer send messages

If you send many consecutive or repetitive messages, the website's security system will block your chat to prevent spam. You will have to wait an hour before you can send messages again.
